TX is standing up for Constitutional validity in the election process. As you are well aware many election irregularities remain unsolved. There were clear violations of the US Constitution by these states in implementing election rules that had not been prescribed by the respective state's Legislature.
It is necessary to join TX in this suit to prevent the disenfranchisement of voters from this and other State's that did conduct a Constitutionally valid election.
