These are different specifications. Horsepower is watts in metric. Foot pounds is newton meters in metric (torque). CC is cubic inches in imperial. Sometimes they use liters for larger things like cars. But yeah they use cc's for small things because .027 liters would sound weird

If the 5g are used the way they are supposed to, you won't be harmed from it any more than sunlight. If china is controlling them or bill gates, you're fucked. Even if it's being used properly you shouldn't lick it though.
Also as far as surveillance it's not really much worse than the current technology unless you get alexa and a smart tv and a smart fridge and a ring doorbell and all that shit, which 5g only makes it faster to spy on you and pinpoints the location closer.
