Ballot harvesting - nursing homes in Madison were targeted

Incompetence - clerks in Dane county didn’t know what they were doing. Many didn’t initial ballots signifying that they counted

Late voting - ballots were dated after nov 3rd and we’re counted. Essentially the only way a ballot wouldn’t be rejected is if a date was completely missing. Didn’t matter if it was a week after election.

Ballot stuffing - the recount for most of Dane county you would see a trump vote 1 in 3 or 4 ballots. Makes sense. Dane county ultra liberal. Once we got to madison the clerk with the initials “MLW” was written in many handwriting styles. Democrats claimed it was a clerk error allowing entire office forge her signature (15+ people). These votes weren’t 1/3 or 1/4 Trump... it wasn’t even 1/10 trump. This irregularity jumped to being 1 trump vote for every 100 Biden votes (or worse). Anyone could have signed these ballots

Clerk error in madison included missing initials. Or clerk having 15+ people signing her name to issue the ballot. All different handwriting
