What store and location?
His attorney at the dismissal hearing was a pede and gave him a great deal.
But he though the dismissal hearing would be a slam dunk. It wasn't.
There may have been nothing his lawyer could have done to change the judge's mind.
But now he needs to prep appeals and prep for trial. Tons more costs.
He needs help. Our help.
Here's the story about the scum prosecutor in Flint (former Democrat candidate for Attorney General) explaining why he didn't charge the Macy's attacker with a hate crime:

Here's the story about Lucas, whose motion to dismiss, after being postponed a hearing for 3 months due to China virus hysteria, was denied. He needs to hire a serious legal team, and he's broke because the evil judge bankrupted his family with a $250,000 bail.
Metro Times is going broke, fast. Their income was ads for nightlife, which is shut down. Sad to see this suicidal death spiral.
From Michigan United for Liberty:
On Sunday, May 10, Facebook shut down the 9,200-member group Michigan United for Liberty, without citing any reason and having made no contact with admins.
The next morning, the Metro Times, a failing Detroit-based publication, boasted that they had reported the group to Facebook for its removal. It cited no specific statement on the group’s page, and instead, assembled a collection of posts from other unaffiliated individuals for the purpose of smearing Michigan United for Liberty and the broader movement to re-open Michigan as a whole.
Michigan United for Liberty is undeterred in its mission to unite the people of Michigan to engage in lawful political activity to end the unlawful, willful destruction of our state under the incompetent leadership of Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
While we are disappointed that Facebook has arbitrarily censored our group without explanation, this is consistent with Facebook’s long-standing reputation of silencing speech on its platform for political purposes. We fully expected Facebook’s intolerance for civil dissent, and have encouraged our members to sign up at MichiganUnitedForLiberty.com/Join for weeks to enable us to remain in contact.
What we did not expect was the Metro Times to beclown itself by brazenly admitting it was they who reached out to Facebook to request Facebook nuke our group. In doing so, they freely confessed something the media usually works carefully to conceal: that they are activists, not journalists, and their mission is to support the ongoing destruction of Michigan’s economy and the devastation of its great people.
Because of the governor’s unlawful lockdown, the Metro Times’ principal source of revenue – advertising for concerts, clubs, and restaurants – is gone, and the paper has responded to its imminent demise in one last show of hatred and lies. We encourage everyone in the nightlife business to remember where the Metro Times stood on this.
As much as we are happy to see these peddlers of fear and loathing go out of business, for the sake of all hardworking Michiganders we will continue to demand the immoral and illegal executive orders be overturned immediately.
We encourage all lovers of liberty in Michigan to sign up at MichiganUnitedForLiberty.com/Join where we will continue to inform and organize for the restoration of our constitutional rights.

That's changing soon. There were concerns about parking, social distancing, etc. It's being worked out.
No. There will be people on foot at the Capitol. Maybe speakers. More details coming soon.
Chris Wallace is a Trump-hating swamp rat. In other news, the sun rose this morning.
