The lawyers have said there is massive fraud, that Trump won in a landslide, that dominion tried to steal the election, that foreign actors rigged the election, that anyone who lost a race by 6% or less should join suit. The claims are big, and big claims are followed by big evidence. Even if a court rejected it for some odd reason, it would be in the public sphere.
They've said the statistical evidence cannot be refuted. Lawyers always get subject matter experts. Data scientists can explain things in court. They can get data from prior elections and international elections in countries where they count by hand and then have expert data scientists compare them and then explain to the court how it is only explainable by fraud. They have threat of Trumps EO to hold over any Dominion employee hiding anything, and can use immunity offerings to make them talk.
They say foreign actors tried to rig the election so they will have evidence of that, and with the means they have there will be good evidence.
There is simply no way that they can not win in court if they have what they say they have.
I'm not willing to accept that they are saying all this without big evidence.
They are making big claims and they have the means and time to have proof. Not 'this could have happened proof', but 'here's wiretaps proving it, here's server logs, here's testimony from people at Dominion, here's server hardware, here's system logs, here's 100,000 images of perfect ballots'.
If they turned out to be bullshitting, it would be outrageous and unforgivable. I'd be fucking livid. Suggesting fraud could have happened at scale, and saying dominion did it, and foreign countries were involved etc. You don't just go saying that shit without proof. So that means they have it.
It shouldn't even get to that.

They have all the means and time they've needed to ensure they can prove it.
If they don't have anything, then they wouldn't claim there's fraud.
The only way they claim fraud but don't have anything is if they're bullshitting.

If in the end you are right, and it turns out they have been trying to spin up PR for a case that has limited evidence... well I'd be disappointed to say the least. We'd be left with having less votes and no real evidence of fraud. In that case I'd be left with focusing on winning the next election.

Effectively you need to have two parties in one. If you split the ballot, you lose to democrats.
What needs to happen is MAGA gets involved at all layers of the GOP to reform the party. They also need to identify AND donate to anyone who is legitimate.

There's heaps of conversation about dominion machines rigging the election, so to me this count will prove one way or another whether the machines and software are rigging elections.
If it does look like the machines have counted incorrectly, then it will no doubt lead to extreme pressure for a full hand recount by many states.
If not, then it will put that pretty much to bed (at least in my eyes).

If that isnt the raw data, then why is it being used as a proof at all.
If another system has the actual vote counts, and edison poorly grabs it, then its just a poor system to use.
Showing the votes move on TV doesn't mean real votes are moving.
All it is, is an anomaly worth checking in underlying data, not a direct proof of fraud. We need to see underlying votes.
