It looks like they rushed a car for trying to drive around them.
It has turned into a pure anti-American protest and nothing more.
The news just confirmed the person shot has died.
They were Protesting and blocked traffic, it is hard to see what happen between the car and the protestor in this video but shots where fired, the crowd dispersed and the car left the scene. Sounds like several large caliber shots followed by a few smaller caliber shots (possible .380 returning fire as the car left?) Someone said the guy who did the shooting got out of the car. I hope there is a better angle to see what really happened. If I find it I will post.

It looks like the car did leave, they scattered when he shot. They see the Police fighting back with rubber bullets in Portland and don't realize citizens are not going to deal with there life being threatened the same way.
There are a bunch of 1 minute clips on YouTube, they seem to cut the Police helping on purpose, sad world we live in.
