I’ve been thinking about making this follow up post all day last night at work and frankly I’m not sure where to even begin so I thought I’d start by answering common questions from the previous post.
This is a Chinese owned factory that has locations in Mexico, Poland and China and currently 3.5 locations in the U.S. they recently expanded and made another massive factory in a neighboring state that some of us were paid to help get fully off the ground back in September/November. Before covid 19 the racial makeup of homebase was probably roughly 50 percent white 35 percent Hispanic, 10 percent native Chinese and 5 percent African American. About a week before Covid 19 was a thing in the US every single native chinese left at once. After the state was locked down the nonessential parts of the factory freezed production until they opened it up again.All the generationals took the money and ran while the super majority took a 12 week unemployment vacation (so they thought). Many of those that wanted to get hired backed on did not get hired back on. HR was picky who they let back and would give an excuse such as an old write up from back in 2005 as justification for not hiring him back. Most of the openly degenerate however did appear to get hired back on at a very high rate. I worked through the shutdown the whole time and they moved me from 3rd shift to first during the quarantine period without a mask or social distancing. People tested positive for covid in a different department and they closed that department for two weeks. After it was reported to us a week later someone brought in their own mask and was told to take it off no other instance of coronavirus happened that I know of. I was voluntold to work 7 days a week for the duration of the lockdown and racked 84 hours one week (easy money). Other than that it was all normal except the factory was mostly empty.
As apart of my ongoing documentative research that I began conducting after my first post I’ve learned many things that despite what I’ve seen with my own eyes,shocked me.On contacting OSHA to get them fired for smoking weed. That made me laugh. These people openly brag about using synthetic urine to get the job. Actually I made a joke about the pot smoking with a group of Hispanics and they only half thought it was funny (Because they are purposely so obnoxious that it’s not even considered a funny thing anymore). My best Mexican friend We’ll call him Usiel who is an honest to God apolitical person confronted really a brazen one once and told the guy to “close his window if you’re gonna smoke”. The result was he started yelling from his car“hemps LEGAL you stupid Spic! Go back to Mexico, smoking that dank THCA shit n***a! Trump and Rand Paul made this beautiful plant legal before you, how you like that beaner? ” Guy got out of his car with a blunt and started agressively puffing it into Usiel’s face and kicked him in the butt really hard Usiel who is a heritage spanish speaker that was born in America came to me and started crying to after this incident and I cried with him.
This company doesn’t appear to be going out of business considering they are making new buildings globally as we speak and our wages went up 9 percent across the board this year. Theirs a board in the clock room area covered in applications with an incentive program if they stay 90 days. I myself gave my neighbor friends son an application during covid19 shutdown but they didn’t even call him. Yet they were hiring people faster than we could train them after they reopened.
Everything I said happened as I said it but I left some personal things that put me in a dark light off the OP. I know I might be judged harshly here based on opinion of Epstein/Clinton but the bad parts of this story as they relate to me are probably the most relevant part at the end of the day. And I say this with full honesty, it’s a REAL POSSIBIlITy that I’m the only one who committed crimes in their cultural exchange program I signed myself up for in 2011 around when I started (Much more on this later)As a Christian I know that Christ forgives all sins if one is sincerely sorry for committing sins. I’m not gonna pretend I’m a perfect upstanding citizen if doing so protects this conspiracy.
Spirituality aside I recognize that I’m in deep shit. I’m writing a list of people to call but I know that contacting “some” of them about this could actually lead me to getting fired and blackmailed by the company. I came up with 36 names, and slowly throughout the day I’m crossing a name off If remember reason to cross them off. I crossoff names based on incriminating things I may have accidentally shared, their political leanings, intuition, or if they might have an authoritarian attitude and report me.
I’ve written these two posts behind an expensive sophisticated VPN and other stuff but honestly those protective measures may not be enough depending on how correct my perception of this conspiracy is. They 100 percent already have blackmail on me (More on this on another post)
At this point so far I have only formally interviewed one person outside of work (But I have many other anecdotes I’ve already written down also.) I’m treading very carefully and trying not to make to much noise around my name. The only thing stopping me from not keep writing is the need to sleep and wake up for work tonight.
I plan on meeting more people that seem friendly outside of work to write down and secretly document things they have witnessed since the recent BLM invasion. If you wanna read the backstory, I posted most of it last week but left somethings unanswered based on the comments. I’m trying my best not to reveal where I live or work but even though these details may possibly give away what factory this is.
During a company meeting back in let’s say 2014-2018one of the executives made statements for about 20 minutes boasting about xxxxx’s technological superiority over those who violate the handbooks confidentiality agreement amongst other technological feats they claimed to have. If I took a picture of any part of my handbook including the part of a blank page and posted it on the internet, HR would receive an automatic notification of that and an algorithm pencils you into HR’s scheduled meetings. She’ll discuss the incident and you’ll be walked out the door all in the course of 5 minutes of arriving in the building. They showed a PowerPoint of people who were fired and why and how the company found out.Even just Recording within building triggers the cameras on.
As absurd as it sounds it’s tough for me to move on from this place for a plethora of reasons. I’m in over my head and have poor spending habits that only this job could ever support and just walking away from a job all of a sudden that I act happy at and all of a sudden just leave would look suspicious to almost everyone I know. I’ve spent today after work mostly just putting pen to paper but also watching YouTube tutorials on excel so I can possibly release the raw numbers of what I can get to the public. For now I sleep.

Been working at a car partsmolding factory for the last 9 years and up until recently it’s been a dream job, joined the company right out of highshool at 18 and fell in love with it. First year I made roughly 55k before taxes on 60-70 hours of work a week and received annually raises that in 2020 I am set to earn 75k a year for my loyalty and hardwork. Made lots of shooting/fishing buddies and even attend Sunday church with most my co workers
All was good until after covid-19 hit and all the old geezers who’d been their over 30 years were offered a sweet severance/retirement package (which most took).
This left an ungodly void in supply of workers which led to them hiring young inner city urban folks 20 miles away. This has been nothing short of awful because you have to pick up their slack in many ways but still... life is good until Fentanyl FLoyd-19.
New Co worker whom I had never talked to out of the blue told me to remove the American flag in my cubicle that I put up when I hired on. Taken aback I asked why and he brings up that political messages go against the handbook... I refuse and 45 min later I look up and he’s with HR. I have no choice but to take the flag Down AND was told no more logos on my shirt. (Had plain American flag design on also)
After months of dirty looks from him and his “clique”, they start pounding on their desks and unison screaming Antifa/BLM nonsense semi frequently throughout the day (this has been going on the last 3 weeks). They smoke weed before work in their shitbox in the very front row of the parking lot with cameras while previously normal white people had been fired for smoking plain tobacco in their car. I went to a different HR person than before about this and nothing was done as far as I’m aware.
Today I finally about snapped when I got written up for talking to my buddy for 2 min, when the urbanites get to come back from lunch 15 min late, take excessive bathroom breaks and talk most the time, yet they are above being disciplined and can get away with anything.
