They are saying that it's agent provocateurs causing the damage and looting, yet if asked their opinion about it, they think it's justified anyway, lol. So what does it even matter, that's literally just them supporting the actions but not the responsibility.
It's very likely he could have died even if his knee was on his shoulder and not his neck considering his intoxicated state and health issues, but it still absolutely negligent homicide at least. You can't be restraining him that way. Unfortunately bad training led to a man's death. I'm surprised everyone doesn't notice the move is not uncommon. He'll it's shown in many police movies by the heroes and no one bats an eye. I honestly think the officer was completely ignorant and didn't know his action would lead to death. But he should have known and that's on him or the higher ups.
That benefit is overshadowed by leaving a soiled rag on your face that, if there was virus in the air or droplets, is now attached to said face. Improper use of these masks causes infection, including: reusing masks, having them on after even a relatively short period of time, constantly touching the mask and face, or coming in close contact with others because of the false sense of safety.
Many if the self-proclaimed hero mask wearers break all these rules, making their masks useless.
There's a reason why masks in hospitals are disposed after each contact. Except surprisingly now when you'd think priority should be higher.
Source: I work Healthcare and we are mandate to have a mask our entire shift, yet are only allowed 1. (Obviously with positive patients this is different and we use full fresh PPE, yet it shows how badly handled things are being handled in all other scenarios)
Dude it's possible, I work in EMS and we can in certain occasions be there in less than 3 minutes, police even sooner since they are posted more throughout the city. You obviously haven't a clue.

and you know these people don't replace or clean these masks often enough. You have to replace them often or else they are useless as shit just collects on the mask.
It's like using a sponge and never cleaning it, you'd be better off without a sponge than reusing one without cleaning it frequently.
