Another fun fact: From 1966 to 1971 Ted Cruz stacked bodies, just like he's going to do in court to the dems soon.

The counterargument is that anyone attempting to challenge the law must have standing and injury. If anyone tried to challenge the law after it was passed, they'd get thrown out immediately. The court is going with a catch-22 that makes it impossible to ever fight a bad law.

"This new law is bullshit, we want to challenge Act 77."
"The law might be unconstitutional, but it hasn't passed yet. Dismissed"

"This bullshit law was passed, we want to challenge Act 77."
"The law might be unconstitutional, but it hasn't caused any harm yet. Dismissed."

"This bullshit law was in an election, we want to challenge Act 77."
"The law might be unconstitutional, but you weren't in that election. Dismissed."

"This bullshit law was in our election, we want to challenge Act 77."
"The law might be unconstitutional, but it didn't change the outcome of that election. Dismissed."

"This bullshit law was in an election AND cheated it, we want to challenge Act 77."
"The law might be unconstitutional, but it's too late now. Dismissed." <---------- We are here.

They do actually. The Spanish spelling is Hidroxicloroquina.

Crazy that other nations can put their listings in only one language. Weird that we have to put 4-5 on each American listing. Must be nice for them.

So many double standards. Just because they're mods doesn't mean you're allowed to dox them. SMH.

Protect America's flank from our enemies.

The only countries we're flanked by are Canada and Mexico.

I would be happy to protect our flank by putting troops on the Mexican border ready to stop any invaders.

When I said the government should treat the Second Amendment the way they treat the First Amendment, I didn't mean this.

I guess 'the right of the people peaceably to assemble' is as hard to understand as 'shall not be infringed'.

Where I live, you didn't need an ID to vote but you did need a mask.

Clown world.

I'd be happy with a redo if we could get a new election that was fairly audited, with only ID Verified voters in person, because that's the only way to wash away the rest of the dem fraud.

Take away dem fraud and we'd end up with 400+ house seats and a filibuster proof senate.

Here's literal video of it activating live on CNN. We know they've got this and it's capable of arbitrarily shifting any number of votes in all the disputed states.

HUAC was the House committee. McCarthy was a Senator

Republican McCarthy was correct on almost all of his targets and would have crippled communist sabotage of our government if he wasn't being sabotaged on all sides. In only 4 years he did loads of very productive work.

The Committee on Un-American Activities, from when it was made permanent in 1945 to when it had it's name and mission changed in 1969, was controlled by democrats for 20/24 years and managed to do fuck all.

Hmmmmmmm...

SARS caused permanent lung damage and reduced capacity in >80% of cases.

Everything I've seen so far says that SARS-COV-2 does the same.
