A constitutional amendment also requires that the proposed amendment be published in 2 newspapers (IIRC) per county - although it may be acceptable for this to be online now, I'm not a lawyer - and then a vote by the public as to whether or not to approve the proposed amendment
Yes, an audit after what will be nearly half a year from the time of the election by the time it's actually done. Not like there's been time to hide their fraud or anything. Not like the election is already months past the certification stage and the fake winner is already in office. But yes, let's have an audit to make the normies out there that lap up the bs CNN and the like puts out trust the system even more and think - even more - that WE are the threat. Seems legit.
