Thanks for all the quick replies! I am working on IT certs and a degree, so I'm trying to bide my time until then, but looking at the comments I am encouraged to ramp up my job searching. Finding another company would be ideal, rather than get into trouble. A part of me wants to fight it, but it probably isn't worth it. I appreciate the honesty!

I get it, that is why I literally just signed up- I've been a bit nervous about anything even remotely conservative. That is also why I like this site, I understand the caution and appreciate it.
