Fhis is why they had to use the vice presidential election to file against, not the presidential election to prove "injury in fact". The reason why SCOTUS threw out this case is because it would set a bad precedent for states being able to sue one another for whatever reason under the constitution, thereby overruling the sovereignty of that state under the constitution. That is why it was tossed on standing. The case needed to be filed by someone different and still may be. I am pretty aure Sydney powell filed the same case under Scotus representing "We the people".
