The specific one I am talking about is the illusion of intractable problems and issues.
That there are problems that are sooooooooooo hard to resolve or deal with that we should just understand that they can never be solved.
The explanation is usually around rogue states, organisations, people, circumstances which are too difficult / big to deal with and are immovable in their opposition (eg north korea, opposing politicians with antithetical opposing views and policies etc etc) - remember obama's 'magic wand bullshit?
This is a perfect example. Obama would have you believe that it's a done deal that is far to difficult to fix. Manufacturing is just gone dude and there is nothing that can be done about it.
This is an illusion that was maintained and projected by all politicians, the media, the business moguls and corporations (that were the ones that moved manufacturing out for one reason only - profits from paying slave wages) basically anyone who had a profit driven stake - including bribes, payoffs etc - in having you believe that this is a problem that can never be solved. You seeing it?
Then trump came in and waved his magic wand and corporations were scrambling to bring all their factories and jobs back to the usa - causing the biggest booming economy in history. Of course the globalists had to do something about this, and we had the first act of global biological warfare - covid1984.
But that is it. This is the reason they all hate trump with a passion. He exposed their game, their play, their globalist theatrical illusion.
He exposed the fact that for generations they have been pretending that they are really really really trying hard guys but you know ...Circumstances and we really really really want to fix it... But we can't!!!!.
He came in and fixed a lot of problems that were supposed to never be fixed.
They were never supposed to be fixed because everyone was making too much money out of having the problems exist.

BTW, This may sound callous, but you need to get that drug addicted tenant out of your house ASAP. Good for him for trying to change and going to rehab, but it's not wise to bet the condition of your property on him staying clean.
A drug addicted tenant is like the worst possible thing for your property and pretty much guarantees it's gonna get trashed and also ensures he'll have no money to reimburse you.
Legally you might not be able to kick him out yet, But if you're smart when his lease is up you won't give him the option to renew. Let him go rent somewhere else, where his life choices can't destroy your property.
You have absolutely no motivation to conserve if someone else is paying. Instead you actually have incentive to be wasteful (IE bitcoin mining or putting in extra fridges).
You're just asking for problems. There's absolutely no way to do that without SOMEONE losing out and subsidizing the other person.
Either you aren't charging enough, And you are getting screwed, or you're charging too much and they are.
The most fair way to do it is to make the tenants get utilities in their own names, and if they run up their bill by 20% it's their problem to pay it.
You should just change the policy and adjust the cost of rent to reflect that utilities are no longer included. Then you don't have to worry about how many fridges your tenants have (which seems a bit intrusive TBH).
