Farther down in the SAME article - Trump filed for a tax extention both years, in which you have to pay what you esimate you owe.. in '16 he paid 1M, and in '17 he paid 2.4M and told the IRS to keep the overage to be applied to future tax liabilities.
The NY Slimes proved what I've always thought.... if they ever do get his taxes, they will find out he's owed a refund. Morons.
