It all will depend on law being justly applied. If attorneys are able to seize dominion's goods and the military apply the executive order or at least someone do something decent and patriotic if there's still any working institution then there's a chance the republic can be spared. But at this point idk the people themselves must show their patriotism in face of these traitors and their psychotic and dictatorial leaders.

A very tangible and convincing amount of evidence on election interference should be enough for senators to feel confortable to contest the vote and select the alternative slate of electors. "Exhausting legal remedies" is for unprecedented judicial conundrums. Not for blatant election fraud so obvious a quick and fair audit of the machines would solve the drama, truth would be exposed for all to see and everyone would go back with their lives.
