Parnell's argument was that it wasn't legal at the time of the election. The law was passed illegally due to not passing 2 legislative sessions and having not been voted on in a general election per PAs own laws.

It's unprecedented at this scale and will be interesting to see the justifications from the ruling side whatever the decision is.

I get that, but people go to jail for doing illegal things that they honestly thought were legal at the time. Taxes are a big one. Differing laws in differing states. Firearm laws.

It happens, and while it's not the citizens fault necessarily, it is their responsibility.

I can see both sides of it, but, I'm biased and hope for my viewpoint to win.

Or firing Flynn. Or hiring Sessions. Or Bolton.

His personnel choices haven't been the best.

They admitted to it, word for word, in one of the GA hearings last week. 0 signatures were checked.

Nobody said anything about court, this is enough to warrant a forensic audit.

Yes. You can. Why wouldn't you blame Trump for that if it bothers you? Lol.

You can, but you'd be retarded to blame them for accepting help we offered.

Blame America for that, not Israel. Israel doing what's best for them, I'd expect nothing less from us if roles were reversed.

Can't blame them. Willing to do them same if it meant their guys on the ground and ours in Iowa with a joystick and a TV screen

Legislature started it, but governor signed it through after legislature gave up on it.

For it to be legal, it would have had to have been past through 2 legislative meetings, posted in 2 newspapers in every county in the state, AND voted upon by the people this general election.

There was no way to legally pass it before this election and they knew it.

Send it to people on the voter roll without them being requested for your first question, which is illegal under WI law.

Second is they requested with 'indefinitely confined' status which means they're unable to leave their home and thus don't have to show ID. The number of these requests multiplied more than any past year combined, for no reason. Covid is not a qualifier for this status. Thus illegally requested under false pretenses

Sidney was never on the Trump lawyer team. My theory was because it would create a conflict of interest if Flynn was pardoned while Sidney was on the payroll.

Regardless, she's working on issues separate from the Trump campaign and can try to petition DOJ for criminal investigations while Trump & Co. are going the civil suit route on their way up to SCOTUS.

Jefferson hated the press too.

And I never said it was admirable by any stretch. I think our founding fathers had a lot of moral shortfalls. Those shortfalls don't by any stretch denigrate the good they did, but, they did exist.

Considering Lincoln jailed journalists and banned anti war newspapers, is say yes.

Most probably wouldn't mind, they hated the press with as much vitriol or more.
