I made another post regarding this earlier. There has been a lot of focus on Kraken and the legal team has been missing some low hanging fruits that are easier and quicker to prove in court.

I am plugged in and aware of the drip coming in, but at the end of the day its about winning in courts, and winning quickly within the time left. The incident you just brought up can be ruled by accidental or they just charge someone with impropriety. You can toss out illegal ballots by the thousands or even stop verification of an entire state really easily by going after signatures.

That I'm not sure, but due to the fact that all the States in question are trying their damn best to block verification leads me to think that the copying was very sloppy.

She mentioned on Twitter that Kraken has been released already. So far from all the interviews she has done and videos she posted, nothing is big enough to turn the case around in the court of public opinion or court of law. I do hope she has something else up her sleeve.
