Frisco has a unique way of selecting candidates, they choose the two with the most votes (not one from each party). Republicans rarely (if ever) make it on the ballot, and anyone with the balls to run against her is beholden to the DNC for funding. They 'fixed' it so the dems in power stay in power a long time ago, and want nothing more than to implement this on a national scale.
