No offense to anyone working these sorts of jobs, I’ve done them and I highly respect honest, hard work, I think most of us have been there, but these liberals working at some of these places often treat me with more vitriol, look down upon me and other customers as dumb, unintelligent, privileged, annoying etc even more than my own accountant does. I think he’s a genius by the way, he’s nearly twice my age, probably twice as smart and yet he’s always very kind and respectful when talking to little old me and it ain’t cause I pay him. We’ve lost that. The one’s you’re referring to think the world owes them everything and they shouldn’t have to earn it. It’s very sad.

He never stopped working. He had hundreds of millions of dollars, a private jet, everything and he worked right up until the very end. You’d never know it, because he rarely discussed it other than the occasional health update which you could tell he didn’t enjoy discussing. His passion was radio broadcasting and he was the greatest of all time in my opinion. He was decades beyond the point of money mattering, just wanted to do what he loved. God Bless Rush Limbaugh, may he Rest In Peace, a modern day American Hero that influenced the lives of millions.

Great question and no, I have to find a video of that. But at my last restaurant I did have some chef who did “pop up dinners” show up to do prep work and this sob froze duck breast with liquid nitrogen before slicing them on my beautiful Berkel X13D. Not only was it rough on the blade, but it caused the cutting board on the prep table to bow up like a cheap thin steak on a super hot grill. Luckily it thawed out and I didn’t have to replace it, but it was one of these high end small portion multi coarse meals. For allowing him to prep in my restaurant, I was given a free 5 course meal. So I went later that night, and I still had to grab 2 slices of pizza afterwards because the portions were so small.
Wow, coldest ambient temperature I’ve ever been in was -19°F walking to school about 6 blocks and even with a scarf by the time I arrived all the mucus in my nose was frozen. One day I want to visit somewhere even colder and see if your piss freezes mid stream.

I love NYC, lived in BK for a while, enjoyed the restaurants, and now I’m not sure I’ll ever go back until the next Giuliani arises and gets shit under control. I guess I’ve been more closely following politics since Trump got in office and like others say, another great accomplishment is exposing the depth of corruption and I guess there’s only so much the POTUS can do on his own when seemingly everyone is fighting against him.
