The cops aren’t violating the constitution the politicians, mayors and governors are. If the courts say something is constitutional then it is for the purpose of what cops do. That’s always how it’s worked.
The cops don’t just get to say “gee I think the court was wrong and that judge with 60 years of experience is wrong about the constitution.”
You have to either (1) vote for better politicians or (2) overturn the laws in courts. Not blame cops for doing their job.
