(1) most positions in the federal government need to be approved by the senate. Even the ones that don’t are not 100% up to Trump because the senate has the power to block his agenda if he doesn’t recruit who they want. (2) The President doesn’t “increase the money supply.” The federal reserve does. Sigh.
