Because we haven’t ever had evidence sufficient to overturn the election in court. Suspicion about the electoral process isnt evidence courts will consider to overturn elections. Only Congress does that, basically.
I’ve been telling you this for months and people pretending we had evidence to overturn the election in court have done nothing except hurt us. The focus should have been on the deficiency in the electoral process / inability to prove it WAS a fair election... we should have pushed for Congress to decertify and redo the election on that basis.
Would it have been a Hail Mary? Yeah. It probably wouldn’t have worked and would mostly have been a protest. But it was a far better option than wasting time and energy on a bunch of unprovable conspiracy theories about printed ballots etc that make the entire Stop the Steal movement look like a joke.
