That’s because Democrats alleged fraud that was big enough to overturn the election. It was all nonsense, but they at least made the allegation.
Trump would talk about fraud that was big enough to overturn the election, but when his lawyers filed in court they wouldn’t allege that kind of evidence. We were stuck in a situation where the fraud was obvious but we didn’t have the right kind of evidence to prove it.

Much/most of the reason the courts didn’t hear evidence is that the alleged evidence (by itself) wouldn’t be enough to justify the “remedy” of overturning the election. You don’t have standing unless your injury can be “redressed.” If you can only prove 5-10 votes were fraudulent your injuries aren’t “redressed” by overturning the election, but by only overturning 5-10 votes. So when Trump’s lawyers go to courts and ask to have the election overturned because they have proof of a handful of fraud, the courts rightly say they don’t have standing. It might seem corrupt or absurd but it’s how it has always worked.
The courts weren’t the right place to go. They would have only been useful if we somehow had millions of individual examples of fraud (which is impossible). The Dems made proving that they cheated impossible with mail in votes. THAT is the argument that we had to make to CONGRESS. NOT that we have enough evidence to overturn the elections in court.
When you’re trying to overturn the election based on corrupt PROCEDURES, the constitution gives the power to overturn the election to congress and the states NOT to the federal courts / Supreme Court.
1 - Is this similar to communism? Yes. Is this “communism”? No.
2 - Were elections unfair in 2020? Yes. Does this mean we can never win again? No.
3 - Are many Jews socialists? Yes. Does that mean the courts are all controlled by socialist Jews? No
