Absence of evidence isn’t evidence of absence. The election can be rigged and we could still not have evidence of it. You know how hard it is to prove that hundreds of thousands of ballots are individually fraudulent?
That’s why I was in favor of Congress overturning the election.
The fact remains that the courts didn’t have evidence in front of them to overturn the elections. They didn’t have OJ’s blood. They had a bunch of affidavits of people saying they thought it was OJ. That’s not gonna meet the extremely high burden of proof courts require to do anything.

Vote irregularities aren’t “vote fraud.” You can’t overturn elections in court with evidence of vote irregularities, only in Congress.
