Evidence of fraud and evidence of irregularities are completely different.

We DID have evidence to overturn the election in congress. But by pretending you had evidence that you didn’t you turned the entire Stop the Steal movement into an easily-mocked conspiracy theory.
The problem is you need actual evidence in court, and it’s the type of evidence that is virtually impossible to get. Once they drop an illegal mail in ballot in the pile with the rest there’s almost no way to prove it’s illegal.
You have to stop the fraud from happening in the first place, not complain because the election isn’t overturned on the basis of some affidavits that are basically just hearsay or suspicions people had about the election officials.

The problem is we don’t have proof of massive election fraud. We have proof the Democrats didn’t ensure a fair election. That’s a POLITICAL problem to be solved by CONGRESS. Not a LEGAL problem to be solved by the COURTS.
