He also mentioned the acts and crimes of the invaders - he could be referring to Antifa and the traitor reps and senators inside that did just commit treason and a heinous attack on our capital and democracy by certifying this joke of an election. “This is dangerous and devastating,” Beshear said. “And for a court to say, ‘I guess I just don’t believe that the virus exists and you don’t have to do anything ... no social distancing, nothing else,’ is absolutely irresponsible.”
The court never said that. The court asked for more specificity to the local jurisdiction that is being subjected to the order. It’s a solid case decision. Curious how Beshear will appeal it.
