China has been tariffing everyone for many years. Which is one reason I always get upset when people say things like "Trump's trade war". He was merely responding to what China had done for so long. China is the one who has slowly, and steadily waged trade war against much of the world.
I do not have such a list. I believe that many enacted emergency mail in balloting, or perhaps their governors did it executively (questionably legal), because of the insane hype around coronaviurs making it "unsafe" to vote in person.
I'd imagine most are blue states, or at least have Dem governors.
Let me argue a counter point, that I believe will become more apparent as time goes on:
What the rest of the country got was what California got in 2018: ballot harvesting.
All voters are mailed a ballot. You can look up peoples' registration in the voter file, if you are a political party/candidate/etc...
You are in a precinct of 1000 voters. You look up all of the Democrats, which in shithole cities, is most voters (80%+).
You pay a campaign staff member to spend a full month knocking on every single Democrat voter's door. You keep coming back to anyone who didn't answer over and over again until you collect 100% of them. Add that to the 60% or so of Republican turnout in the area, then you get 95% turnout.
You replicate this in every high Dem area across swing states with several thousand full time paid staffers.
I honestly don't think people understand how big of a deal ballot harvesting is. That's how you get 100% turnout for your party. It makes voting unbelievably easy.
California got this in 2018. Many talked about it and were upset. It was legalized across many states in 2020 "due to Covid" (god I hate that term).
The reason Trump was concerned about voting by mail was this exact reason. Millions of ballots going out. You have no idea who filled them out, no idea who collected them or if they were paying people.
The fact that this many votes can be entered one way or another with just a keystroke shows just how fragile our voting system is.
Perhaps this was a legit error. But it goes to show just how easy it would be for a nefarious actor to flip any number of votes. 10k here, 10k there and boom, their preferred candidate wins.
The surge was from the mail in ballots, NOT the election day votes.
They counted election day votes first, hence it being red, then counted mail in after, which flipped it blue.
All of the votes they needed had already been harvested before Republicans even showed up to the polls on election day.

The first votes counted in some states were the election day ones, which are more red.
In other states, it's the reverse: they counted the mail in ballots first.
That is how states are flipping crazily.
That said, ballots coming in at 100% Biden are extremely suspicious.
Get this to the Trump campaign!!! They can use it in whatever lawsuit they file.
