There's actually a decent sized group of black Americans who have moved to Ghana. You can find some of their videos on Youtube. Many say they really like it. I don't blame them at all. People need to go where they feel comfortable and fit in.
Keep in mind, the "medicaid expansion" crowd is going state by state and having initiatives put on the ballot, and convincing voters to approve it. They just did it in deep red Oklahoma and WON.
It'll probably pass in Missouri too. People want free shit, and boomers gonna boom, so that gives them more than the 50% needed to pass.

1A has needed and require defending since the day it was written. It's always had to be defended, because the normal tendency of those in power is to drift away from it. So don't ever think it will just exist and people will politely observe it.
