That's not completely true.
Yes, higher up will still move, maintaining the gap.
But everyone below and in between will just get 15. People at 12 won't maintain their gap from minimum wage as it should be more of an increase than standard cost of living, blah blah excuses blah.
In turn, it will effectively obliterate the middle and lower classes.
This is assuming people can even find jobs, as most places will shift to automation or cut positions completely (order terminals at fast food, self check at stores, machine pickers at warehouses, etc)
As long as they keep pointing at screaming at Trump nobody is going to pay attention to anything else they are (or aren't) doing. The impeachment trial basically gave Biden a week long holiday from being in the news. First time out after that, he gaffes all over the town hall and we find out Harris is taking calls he should be doing. It's all misdirection. Kansas City shuffle.
Frankly, anyone in this country that doesn't care about making / keeping this country greater than the rest needs to gtfo. Just like the gonks trying to turn Texas into California. Quit bringing everything down. Fix the problems instead of letting them fester.
