Maybe, but by that same token we should be open-minded of the possibility there is no plan or better yet the plan won't work. I want it more than anything but let's be honest Qanon and Lin Wood, and Syndey Powell have done more damage with their allegations, the rest is fluff.........unless this stuff really does happen. Feels/seems unlikely.
