Neither the vaccine maker not the administrator (doctor/clinic/nurse) can be hed liable for any vaccine given in the US, period, whether it's flu, covid, polio, etc. This has been the case for decades. Your only recourse is through a government fund, and good luck to you with that. You'll spend years fighting to get a pittance. It shocks me how few people know this. It used to be called the national vaccine act, name has changed but you can still search under the old one.
Omg same. Don't know anybody who's had it. I suspect our entire office had it November 2019 after 8 employees came back from all over China tour, but it didn't exist then. Eyeroll. We were all sick but recovered fine.
