Funny you mention that since here in Austin a few of us have started a book club a few months ago. Well it started out like that, and slowly morphed into a mask free hangout session somewhere around town. In our defense it has enlarged our group size quite a bit. We'll pick a new book eventually, but we'll most likely adopt the more fun atmosphere that we've maintained. Besides I still want to say hi to those pedes with the Trump flags on there boat on the lake.

We need additional form of ID to prove you're a pede. While I definitely give some californians the side eye I've meet some good ones that are simply trying to escape the fuckery in crazy ass california.

The people I know who voted for Biden didn't like him, but they were afraid of Trump. It was the media that created that fear.

This is the demographic I have the hardest time getting along with, and this is even before I was red pilled.

Before Parler was removed I stole one on here too, and even though I clearly said in the same post that I found it here many assumed I created it.

Probably because not everyone is a staunch conservative in the MAGA movement. Believe it or not moderates, and even liberals support the movement as well.

A lot of us Texan are as well. Talking about it is nice, but we want to see some action.

I'll totally switch from wearing my MAGA hat to a MATA hat in a heartbeat. It's an uphill battle here in Austin, but I'd love for some more frens to join the battle with the few of us here.

November is the earliest we can vote on it, but the legislation has been presented to our state reps yet.

Plenty of people in Austin had that mentality, but we're very upset at how red Texas turned November 3rd.

Those guys were at the Austin capital, and the media literally ran to surround them. It was like watching vultures feast on a corpse. Absolutely disgusting.

Honestly I'm vain AF & if I can get six figures while enjoying my job that'll be great, but if not I'll settle for not living in poverty. If we want to be serious then you're absolutely correct. Loyalty is such a rare trait for people nowadays, and I value that more than anything.

Two out of four. I can't do much for the last one, but I'm working on the second.

I recommend the books though. Although there's a decent percent chance that you'll end up hating the show even more.

Well I hope things don't get back for you and your wife, but you'll have a home in Texas if you so choose. You might have to let some of us Austin pedes know if you move into enemy territory though. Not everyone walks around in their red hat like me.

Pretty sure if this happens that many other states will follow.

I told her she was racist, not because of that, but because of the other things she & another ex-friend of mine said. I also reminded her that she was a middle/upper class white woman & that triggered her for some weird reason.

You can't respect what you pity. Had an ex-friend tell me she was educating herself on how to talk and understand black people, but yet we've known each other for years and never had any issue talk to my black ass before.

Walkaway played such a pivotal role in opening my eyes to politics. It wasn't a conservative, or even a Trump movement, but one that focused on being more of an individual. Too many people just focused on voting based on party affiliation, and walkaway was about focusing more on policy. Sure it was primarily about walking away from the left, but the left in it's current iteration sucks balls. They don't care about the american people. They just care about lining their pockets.
