Yeah there’s a cop with it’s phone in it’s hand just ... I dunno, not taking control of the scene?

It’s what it takes.

Ron Paul’s people tried hostile takeovers of even some statewide parties. I know of one state where they had enough people to basically take over everything, and the state chairman basically said “new rules: my rules. You lose.”

So be careful: join the team and steer the ship to MAGA, don’t jump on board and try to sink the ship.

Amen.

And fuck all these Dems pretending to be MAGA saying we should never vote again.

That should be against site rules.

Yeah, no surprise that libertarians can be all over the map.

Grab some popcorn and watch one libertarian argue with another.

“Libertarians don’t believe in borders.”

🤡 HONK HONK 🤡

How much Uighr blood was spilled to make the Satan Shoes?

_-Th0r-_ 3 points ago +3 / -0

Agree. What are they supposed to do?

“Sorry Mr. MAGA, your background check failed, so you can’t buy this firearm, because the corrupt FBI is watching you.”

This is years old IIRC, but it’s timeless.

The average liberal doesn’t even know the intellectual argument against voter ID: that it is a throwback to the literacy tests that were found unconstitutional. Force illiterate blacks to prove they couldn’t read to disenfranchise their vote.

And then they pushed for mandatory mail in voting ... which is literally a literacy test. (Ballot harvesting aside)

Nobody has answered my question. How were they supposed to stop a lone Wolf?

It wasn’t illegal for him to buy a rifle. Maybe there are websites that radicalized him, but we here at .win can be profiled for loving harmless green frog mëmęš. Dangerous slope.

My point is I don’t think they could have stopped it, at least not without them abusing powers that frankly I think they’d rather use on sharers of green frog mêmėß than they would on Islamic terrorists.

I’m not sure they ever had a history of doing much of anything other than flexing power. We were just all raised to respect authority and had idealistic ideas of our alphabet agencies.

I’ve also never heard of a gun rack in a truck point the barrel at a passenger’s head.

Or of a gun in a rack discharging itself. Safety or no, a trigger pull takes pounds of pressure and you have to get around the trigger guard.

But when you describe guns as “murder machines,” you’re lost. It’s like people who say the 10 Commandments say thou shalt not kill ... wrong.

Killing =/= murder =/= killing.

A killing machine used justly isn’t a murder machine. A killing machine that rests in peace through superior firepower is a peaceful killing machine.

But seriously, my question is how were they supposed to have stopped a loner from a spree?

Okay, he was on a watch list. I bet a ton of MAGA peeps are too now.

Does that ban you from buying a gun? Does it mean you have 2 agents follow you for life?

I prefer an FBI that does little to nothing, bc that means they don’t have abusive power run amok.

Yet sadly they do.

Can you read, or is your natural impulse to attack anyone who thinks outside of hive mind?

I literally said I don’t want them taking liberties with MAGA people, and acting like they should have broad authority to stop people on watch lists is dangerous for us.

This isn’t the Minority Report. You aren’t legally liable for crimes you’ll commit in the future.

Technically most violence is visited upon people close to perps.

Whites kill whites. Blacks kill blacks. Hispanics .., Asians... the stats are all highest among same-race groups.

Now the kicker is who has the most crossover into killing members of other races...

Nah shooting your father in law is way more understandable.

Honest question: how could the FBI have stopped the Boulder shooter?

Okay he was on a watch list and bought a gun ... how many MAGA patriots are now on watch lists? Where does it say you aren’t allowed to exercise your 2nd Amendment right because the angelic pure FBI is watching you?

Are they supposed to have officers detailed to follow you everywhere and intervene the second you commit a crime?

I’d rather have my individual rights at the risk of ppl on a watch list going on a spree versus enabling the FBI to strip any suspect of their rights and freedoms.

I mean I got my first knife in first grade, carried knives to school (used to be fine), shot my first pistol in 2nd grade, owned my first rifle in 3rd grade, and when the fam had break-ins at our house they loaded me up with a shotgun and a German made Sig 9mm.

The best way to do it is raise your kids around firearms, so that they are properly trained on safety, versus them finally feeling cool by touching a gun and causing a fatal accident.

Oh and 14yr olds fought with more than hugs and kisses in our revolutionary war, so gun Karens can go service themselves.

If Biden was out during his first term, it’s Harris who should be scared of Pelosi. Harris would be the only one standing between her and the presidency in the line of succession.

Um, the “actions of the party”?!

RNC doesn’t craft legislation. Neither does DNC. State parties don’t either.

The power resides in majority caucus leaders to determine what will be voted on. I live in a red state that already has most of its shit together, and you want to somehow hate on the fact that Republican legislatures are taking on the issue in states that need it?

To comment about only a few and not “the party” isn’t based in reality, and frankly I don’t want RNC dictating legislation to the states. People like Rand Paul are lobbying legislatures to make changes, and that is how it should be.

And fuck all these “there is no point in voting ever again” bitches around here. Literally Trump wouldn’t be running again if it wasn’t possible, so show up and be a fucking poll watcher if your local arena is a fraud hotspot.
