After covering for hedge funds and driving the price down, all these funds unraveled their short positions. Did they take losses? Probably. Did they get deleted? No.
Now only 30% of total shares are being shorted. There’s no longer a possibility for a short squeeze.

Fishing licenses are basically an opt-in tax for sportsmen, and the revenue goes to the Dept of Fish and Wildlife.
F&W have facilities where they raise fish that they release into fisheries for sportsmen to catch.
Like you can see reports when a river gets re-stocked, and it’s the perfect time to fish the river.
Even inter coastal fisheries are maintained by F&W.
I’ve never heard of a game warden arresting someone for fishing without a license, but I’ve been checked before.
It is a fair program, bc it costs like $25-35/yr for most states, and states where ppl travel to fish raise revenue to help support the fishery.
