And there we have Jenna Ellis, one of Trumps closest lawyers talking about " believe the constitution"

Who upholds the constitution when the judicial system wont? the people do.

I hope im dead wrong though, and they find a way through the system to turn this around.

Thats exactly what I've been thinking: If our Judicial system is corrupt all the way up to Scotus, then who will uphold the constitution. Will that in the end be The People through action?

How is the President invoking Executive action in alignment with the will of the people unconstitutional as J. Ellis stated?

Or, does the Constitution inherently protect The People from corruption regardless of a corrupt system as J. Ellis seems to believe. And, will that ultimately, through rightful protest right itself in the coming weeks without the need for "extreme" measures?

hmm, I see.

Just trying to wade through all the information. Some people calling for "hold the line" jan 6th. Others saying Trump needs to do something now.

Many different paths, which I completely support. Although Im hearing " this is the only path" lately.
