I agree. All conservatives don't have the same exact view point on every issue, which is a GOOD thing. Discussions with that in mind are beneficial. Hiveminds are trash and one of the reasons I left Reddit. But if someone's spewing a blatant leftist/globalist viewpoint or racist or actual alt-right shit then GTFO.
I understand what you're saying, I agree with all of it. It's important you remember you have a purpose in life. It's easy to get sucked into politics (I know it's hard not to when our country and what it was founded on is at stake), but you have to get away from it if it's pushing you over the edge.
There's so much in life to enjoy, and in the end, being hyper-focused on the shit going on in our country doesn't really do anything for you. I'm guilty with this too, and writing it out made me realize I need a break.
Try to think of things you're grateful for every day, it's helped me realize a lot of things. I heard Jordan Peterson's '12 Rules for Life' has helped a ton of people. I'm in a lot better place than i was at one point in my life, but I'm probably going to try that book out to help deal with this clown world we live in.
