Note that all of the above are actually excellent references for all the bases you should be covering when assessing an individual for organizational fit. Say you are in a group of ten people and there is a group of three people that would like to join you. If you know your answers to the following questions you can assess compatibility of the two groups pretty quickly (4 - 30 minutes)

If mass communication networks are unavailable and individuals no longer have direct access to information through their devices a logical and consistent structure needs to exist for dissemination of information. The person who establishes that system should be you. If you follow this structure it becomes a lot easier for you to integrate with a larger group with less friction.

If you are faced with a split path decision and the people who may on or at the end of each respective path are relevant to you (they almost always are) and are in identifiable groups use this as a template for ensuring that you are exhaustive but practical in your decision making and contingency planning.

In the three weeks preceding election day at least 23 workers at the 1365 English Avenue Elections Building were diagnosed with CV19.

  • 3-Weeks: +13 (13) Quarantined for Two Weeks
  • 2-Weeks: +10 (23) Quarantined for Two Weeks
  • 1-Weeks: +? (23?) Quarantined for Two Weeks
  • Day of Election: +? (?) Unknown Staffing Levels

They did bring in new workers to assist with the load. This is not mentioned at all in any live footage. This is not used as an excuse anywhere for their exceptionally slow processing speed (Richard repeatedly blames the available space where they relocated equipment to at the arena). The whole building at 1365 English Avenue was closed, additional security was added (so that they could leave the bay doors open), and they applied a "germicide" to the whole building that "should last 30 days" which is strange because C19 is a disease. caused. by. a. virus.

The way that they handled it throws red flags for me. Staffing shortages and new workers brought in from elsewhere, the physical location being closed with "germicide" application taking place around election materials (Dominion hardware was stored at this address while the application was taking place so possible chain of custody issues?), No other reports of CV19 outbreaks even though this address was the focal point of their "Mobile Voting" operations, people who would presumably be exposing themselves to the highest chance of infection due to general contact with the public.

Add on top of that all the ballots flagged for adjudication being sent back to 1365 English Avenue for review and it's very suspect. Coincidences don't exist, but benign chain reactions do. After reviewing the minutes for the October 21st meeting of the Board of Commissioners I can confirm that there is no mention of any action taken in respect to this outbreak so it was likely handled internally by elections staff. Not sure of how I can dig further on this within reason. Leaving it for now.
