I have a simple question that may render many of these mask mandates useless.

According to title 3 of the Americans with disability act of 1990, a person cannot be discriminated against based on a disability, such as being barred from entering a building that is welcoming to the general public and not a private club.

If a mandate states that those with medical conditions are exempt, and a person states they have a medical condition that makes them unable to wear a mask and they're kicked out anyways, isn't that violating federal ADA law (not in a private club which are exempt)?

I was kicked out of two different stores after specifically stating that I cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition. To me, if I'm unable to wear it due to a medical condition, this would be the same as kicking somebody out who can't wear shoes because they have no legs. It's discriminating and just wrong.

I've been a hardcore supporter of this president, the MAGA movement, and everything I think the normal pede on here would agree with, but I don't see any silver lining.

Something I've noticed is that the stimulus speech (at least on Twatter) has nearly 10x the views of the fraud speech. While I understand why, and especially considering that the fraud speech is "deespooted", I think it should be a mission of ours to share it directly with others as much as possible.

If someone brings up "white privilege", I literally will ask if they believe in it and if they say yes, I will tell them they are the actual white supremacists. By definition to believe in this idea, you must think whites are inherently better off than any other color which is provably false.
