Trump apparently has access to a quantum supercomputer called Alice which can predict the future 6 months in advance and detail what he should do as well as what the responses to his actions will be. If so, then he must have known that this was the scenario that was going to eventually play out. Question is, does Pence know about this asset?

Well the swamp comes here to read the posts because they aren't dumb so I'm sure any Trump strategy discussed on the boards (even decoded mil ops drops) would be scouted out by the libs. Scary thought.

How is Pence meeting with the cabinet when he is presiding over the senate electoral vote count too?

To be fair, Justice Roberts, as the Chief Justice of SCOTUS, probably shut down Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and ACB. Kavanaugh and ACB were probably intimidated into not voting because they are the rookies on the court. So I wouldn't say SCOTUS is entirely corrupt, Just Roberts and the liberal justices.

Imagine if Trump listened to Jenna Ellis' "we don't need military, we need to win through the contitution" advice. He'd be finished by now.

PA legislature is going to crack on Wednesday. Legislature in AZ is in rebellion mode. GA legislature needs 3 more votes to decertify. Big election irregularity hearing with hundreds of legislators from MI, WI and other swing states. A few more days of putting pressure on these guys and forcing them to grow a spine won't hurt...

There is a strategic reason for this.

It's all a big red herring.

Make the people focus on this "10 day investigation."

In reality, this is a stall tactic to allow state legislatures more time to conduct their special sessions and decertify the Biden votes. Keep in mind most of the swing state legislatures begin their new session either this week or on Jan 11. A 10-day extension until Jan 16 before you count the votes would give the legislatures time to review evidence and get the necessary paperwork together. Then, by the time you count the vote on Jan 16, REGARDLESS of what this "election fraud committee" finds, the Biden votes will all have been nulled or flipped to Trump. Simply count up the votes at that time without Pence pulling any other tricks up his sleeve and Trump either wins outright or nobody gets 270 and it goes to a contingent election where Trump wins.

Remember, the play here is still through the state legislatures. So anything that stalls for more time is a GOOD thing.

Each state gets 2 hours. So probably 12 hours total if 6 states are challenged.

Serious question though... if Schiff was arrested for treason, would that even appear on any legitimate "public records arrest" site? I'd say it's more important to corroborate the eyewitness testimony that he was arrested at LAX at 10am with 15 FBI agents than to corroborate whether he is listed on a website as having been arrested.

Giving Sidney Powell special counsel rights will give her 1) Unlimited subpoena power and 2) Ability to refer cases/indictments to military tribunals.

Second point is the most important piece because all of this election stuff is kicking in through EO 13848 so her indictments as special counsel cannot be countered by hiring lawyers. We haven't been in this situation before as a country (military tribunals activated, EO activated) so special counsels in the past still had to indict through the legal process (i.e. Mueller).

Sidney would also be a better fit than Ken Starr because time is of the essence and she's been collecting evidence for over 2 months now so it'll be an easy transition. If Ken Starr was appointed special counsel then I doubt we'll get indictments before Jan 6.
