Dr. Turley and I appreciate the problem, reaction and solution, better than you.
It's bigger than re-election. Even you should see that by now. In the least, you must see that part of this is about the constitution, so it's about freedom. Not only in the US - this is bigger than that.
I think that anybody who posts, 'what trump should do', is a moron, but I wouldn't ban them. Let the morons speak!
I heard about 53 appointments. Never heard at what level (maybe district-court), and I've never heard of the implications of it.
But, by everything else the prez has done, they should really come into play, at some point.
That point hasn't occured, so far, or been mooted.
The calmest path is to look to SCOTUS on or after December 14th.
There will be shock and revelations before that, but making the case to SCOTUS is where it's at.
Like Georgia (I think) where they have effectively changed the end-time for voting - SCOTUS will have to tell them that the change made many ballots invalid. They simply won't accept it, at state level.
Like Arizona (I think) where they say they will await settlement of all legal issues, prior to certification. They've effectively avoided (further) crimes of invalid certification, and kicked the problem 'upstairs'.
SCOTUS is upstairs!
That was a really good game.
