In 'Manage Your Blocks', simply enter the username that you wish to unblock. That will remove the username from the list of blocked users.

Your list of blocked usernames is given below the input box.

If they're not in the list, you havent blocked them!

It's a clunky way to do it but you have to 'toggle' your blocked user in 'settings/manage your blocks'

Select the name from the list, and input it to the form.

The name will be removed from the block list.
