NEOhioan here, and I would say that's not likely, otherwise you would have seen Summit county dark blue, and Stark county go from red to blue. Ohio was only blue in the democratic strongholds (ie, major city centers like the 3C's, Youngstown, Toledo, Akron, Dayton, et al) and red everywhere else.

The thing with HIPAA is that hospitals/medical practices cannot share your PHI with others, you yourself are more than welcome to disclose whether or not you've been vaccinated.
As a healthcare worker myself I simply say: "what's the point in all of us getting vaccinated if we can't go out and enjoy it." Skipping over the fact that I myself have refused vaccination and letting others assume for me.
