Thought exercise: what act and record will qualify as "evidence". I'm honestly doubting a video of people caught deleting votes on an electronic system in Detroit would count in their world. Time to simply leave them in their world and not GAF.
It was the literal reasoning of the PA judge earlier in the week. The illegal destruction of evidence that was needed to look into huge red flags is destroyed: nothing to fucking see.
It's hard to keep records, could be an innocent mistake due to the difficulty in counting and holding on to a USB. So the count was definitely no prob. At the same time, you should totally have faith that the same people responsible for this counted the original ballots right and followed all other rules.
I don't care if he faces punishment or not, and he may legally deserve none unless there is evidence he directed it. As far as we know, the things he did were not illegal. Democrats and their shitbag allies were going to do this whoever Trump was against. We need to change laws in order to get anywhere, there, and we can't do it after the act.
There is however a shitload of people that need to be prosecuted. Everyone that destroyed ballots or envelopes broke Federal law, and can go to prison for 10 years. Threw out Trump military absentee ballots, you just broke the law. Bribed people for votes or harvested where illegal, you broke the law. Everyone that altered a USB broke the law. We need to send the thousands of them responsible to jail and make them scared shitless about ever contributing to this again. Anyone involved in a conspiracy to alter voting machines, or involved in software-related changes, broke a lot of laws.
The good news is even though nothing illegal was done, they're still going to be fucked if their not in political power. That's the implication from Hunter's emails. A lot of execs at Dominion would be scott-free even with proof they illegally altered the election, but their business will quickly be bankrupt (barring them selling the voting system to N. Korea). As for Joe Biden, let's face it he is already mentally dead. I care little if he is jailed, I just don't want him near power.
We should retaliate against the school and make them famous for being fascists... Otherwise we are encouraging bullying like this. I'm a little confused how a school came to know of a planned testimony and made these threats. Surely that would be of borderline legality to discriminate against children for their parents' behavior.
I don't disagree, but we are likely worse psychologically and culturally. I'm not historically literate enough to know, but I doubt we had so many in mainstream cultural institutions advocating for the death of reason as we do now. In those times, their extremists seem to mostly be reviled by the public. I assume less of their society thought their fascism was enlightened, or strongly endorsed it in the lead up.

While that part is a bad mistake and needs to be rechecked to see if everything is OK, it's not enough to throw out everything there -- only one section depended on it. Furthermore, the same concept, results showing over 100%, were also independently reported about MI.

Aside from that, most of what he said has been independently corroborated elsewhere. We don't abandon fraud investigations because one guy mixed up columns in excel.

We still haven't been allowed to further corroborate because we cannot do signature and voter registration matching and scrutiny. This is like saying if we had 1 billion Biden votes in the US, it didn't prove any ballot was fraudulent.
The "where is the proof!!" shit is assinine. There is zero way to prove that, under typical standards, until you look into it. The red flags show somethings are impossible or nearly impossible, but cannot forensically determine the cause of the error. It is just grounds to go in and check the validity of the counts carefully, with signature matching, registration matching, etc. Even then, according to some, finding errors that swing the election won't prove fraud, because you won't have forensic evidence of who altered most of them or why. It'll be called "human error" and discounted ballots will be "voter suppression".
I remember Dobbs on CNN used to do promos with a squinty and sarcastic voice (which seemed like he was barely containing his anger) about how terrible something that politicians were doing was. Didn't watch then, but seems like he was always uber based.
