To be fair, they don't have very many fluent English speaking people on staff and it's 95% driven by complete amateurs (not in a bad way, but as in non-pros). The Chinese site is much better organized though.

Basically, a second infection might be much more severe due to presence of antibodies in your system. Look up SARS-CoV and Dengue virus.
