idk, I think at the time to lockdown the country, we had very little info. china was hiding everything, and the pockets of info we did have was devastating. i started following it in dec/jan and the little info abt it in the countries around china was shocking. ppl falling in the streets, massive burning and smoke in a city, even though its was completely shut down. and 21 million cell phone subscribers disappeared. with tht intel, i dont blame ppl who overreacted.
if i remember correctly, there was a walmart in downtown la. the la gov wanted walmart to hv unions and raise the minimum wage. after a hit of going back and forth, walmart closed that location and walked away. this was after years of ppl pleaded with the la gov to try and get a walmart in the area. lol
