I think he just needs to have the law actually enforced. They don't qualify by any standard. Arrest them and charge them with a crime that section 230 protects them from. Everything about the election stinks. Because of fake news, a lot of people need to smell the stench before they agree something is rotten. That means tons of winning lawsuits and small scale crimes that cannot be disputed. It's only after the majority of supporters are convinced that you can arrest their candidate. Too soon, and it can be seen as political by the zealots. To heal the country, the problems must be brought to light and the public must look and agree. Arrest the obstructionists officials and the reporters lying to the people. Trump can move quickly and maintain high job approval and public support. People want to, no, need to, see arrests at the highest levels of government. Every illegal vote, every destroyed ballet, every faked vote number is an act of war against the United States of America. Supreme Court can't overturn it because it is literally defined in the Constitution, and their job is to determine if a case violates a clause, is defined by a clause, or is not mentioned in the Constitution. Their execution is perfectly legal.
