Trump will never say "concede" or "Biden." But he has said there will be a peaceful transition of power on the 20th.
Honestly I don't think this will happen. There have been a bunch of mass shootings but none have led to gun confiscation. Also, under the Supreme Court's Heller and McDonald rulings, citizens have a constitutional right to own guns (they might be regulated somehow, but they can't just be taken).
