This is due to a frivolous penalty they incorrectly assessed me. In fact hey went back and said my 2017 return was frivolous a YEAR after they had sent me a check for all the money back that I had requested!!!WTF!! Everything in your video I have run into. I have a letter developed for an NPA for 2017 as they want a portion of their money back. They total ignored my self assessment properly filed well over a year ago and are now claiming a due over. A power I have yet to find explicitly delineated in the RTC.
