It states that after 45 days of the election, the head of DNI John Ratcliffe "shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it."
That gives us 'til Dec 18th for civil court theatrics to play out. We already know for certain (with evidence) there has been foreign interference from China, Venezuela, Serbia, Canada, etc. in the 2020 election. Treason can only tried in military court, not civil court.
The personnel changes in the DoD was necessary in order to start arresting traitors through the use of our special op forces. The recent DoJ changes allowing electrical, gas chamber, firing squad and hanging punishment for treason is further indication that we're about to head into all out war.
