Scotus consolidates cases all the time. If they can hear them as one and issue a ruling that effects all the claimants they will.
It would become a non player. There are cases that are 'non justiciable' meaning the court doesn't recognize the issue or for reasons of their own punt on it. At that point the case would die on the vine. Docketing is the right step it also means 4 justices said they would hear the case and now its onto next procedures which is responses and oral arguments. The Texas filing asked for a summary judgment though. We have a 5-4 conservative majority on the court (fuck Roberts). I doubt there will be a summary judgement, the case is too important to no hear arguments. The court will hear arguments to demonstrate fairness.

Obviously fraud should cancel any bad deal as a general principle but if you cited this case in any election lawsuit your case would get thrown out on a 12(b)(6) rule violation for failure to state a claim. Election law rulings and property law rulings dont mix.
